Delete your account and data
In the app (fastest)
- Open MiniLedger and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom, then Send code.
- Enter the code we email you and tap Delete account.
Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.
Without the app
Email support@surajmishra.me from the email address you sign in with, asking us to delete your account. To protect you, we reply to that address and delete the account only after you confirm from it. We never delete an account just because someone typed an email address. Requests are completed within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, display name and timezone.
- All people, loans, repayments and notes you recorded.
- All sign-in sessions; every signed-in device is signed out.
- Receipt photos on the phone where you delete in the app. Photos on another phone are removed when you uninstall the app there.
What may remain briefly
- Anonymized sign-in code records (no email address), removed within about 24 hours.
- Encrypted database backups, which roll off within 30 days.
